Accessibility statement

This statement covers truecorehosting.com, run by TrueCore. It does not cover the customer portal, the call booking pages or any other site you reach from a link here; each of those carries its own statement.

Using this site

We want as many people as possible to be able to read this site. That means you should be able to:

  • open the Accessibility options panel (the round button at the bottom left of every page) to change the text size, turn on bigger line spacing, a plainer font, highlighted links, high contrast, greyscale, hidden images, paused animation, a bigger focus outline, left-aligned text, a reading mask, and a list of the page's headings to jump between (open the panel now). Your choices are saved in your own browser, in its local storage for truecorehosting.com, and nothing about them leaves it: no cookie is set and nothing is sent to us;
  • switch between light and dark from the round button beside it. The call booking pages and the customer portal live at the same address, so they read the same saved choice from your browser, still without anything leaving it;
  • zoom in to 200% using your browser's own controls without text spilling off the screen or overlapping;
  • reach every page, form and control using a keyboard alone;
  • read the pages with a screen reader, with headings in order and links that make sense out of context.

The accessibility panel is built into the site by us. It is not a third-party overlay and it does not alter the page for screen readers.

How accessible this site is

We believe this site is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. We say "partially" deliberately: the pages have not been independently audited, and we would rather say so than claim a standard we have not had checked by someone else.

Non-accessible content

  • Colour contrast, measured on 19 September 2026. Body text is 13.6:1 in dark mode and 11.4:1 in light. The smallest orange text, the section labels, is 5.4:1 in dark mode and 5.0:1 in light, where it uses a deeper orange for exactly that reason; the brand orange itself is only 2.8:1 on the light ground, so it is never used for small text there. Text on orange buttons is slate rather than white because white was 3.0:1 and slate is 5.4:1. The faintest grey, the footer small print, is 5.0:1 in dark mode and 4.6:1 in light. Status greens, reds and ambers and the four plan colours have their own light-mode values so they also clear 4.5:1. The one exception we know of is the mock-up of a customer's website on the home page: it is a picture of someone else's design, and its small brown text does not meet the standard. The high-contrast option in the panel replaces every colour regardless. If you find something we missed, tell us which page.
  • The live capacity cards on the home page update every 60 seconds. The change is announced to screen readers as a polite update, which some readers ignore while you are reading something else.
  • Blog posts are written by us and published on a schedule. Older posts may carry images without a description. Tell us which one and we will fix it.

How we tested

This site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers at all, so nothing can be introduced into a page by another company without us knowing. Every page is checked in a browser in both light and dark mode, and at phone width, when it changes.

We have not yet carried out a full test with assistive technology users. That is the main gap in this statement.

Feedback and contact

If you find a problem, email hello@truecorehosting.com and we will fix it or find another way to get you the information. We aim to reply within 10 working days.

This statement was prepared on 19 September 2026. It is reviewed when the site changes materially.
